our story

Unknowingly Farm Alazana single malt whisky was born on our 110 year old family farm in 2015. A home-brewing hobby turned commercial upon the construction of our Craft Malthouse called Farm Power Malt. Fortune favours the lucky. After a chance meeting with estate single malt distillers from Argentina and a year in Scotland, Farm Power Malt evolved into Farm Alazana. Single malt whisky production commenced with barrel #1 being filling in November 2023. With a goal to not serve anything younger that 5 years, look for our first bottles in 2029. Until then we will keep fill barrel.
